Welcome to Luscious Paris. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services offered by Luscious Paris. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

-To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Luscious Paris, a Luscious Paris employee, another user, or any other person or entity
-To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm Luscious Paris or users of the Services or expose them to liability
User Contributions
The Services may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features (collectively, "Interactive Services") that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit to other users or other persons (hereinafter, "post") content or materials (collectively, "User Contributions") on or through the Services.
All User Contributions must comply with these Terms. Any User Contribution you post to the site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By posting User Contributions on the site, you grant Luscious Paris a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Contributions in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the User Contributions and have the right to grant the license granted above to us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns. You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any User Contributions you submit or contribute, and you, not Luscious Paris, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL Luscious Paris, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, waiver legal right and hold harmless Luscious Paris, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, any User Contributions, third-party content, or any activity in which you engage on or through the Services.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination or validity thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association then in effect, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
